I just wanted to point out that IUCN lists peregrine falcons as "Least Concern" on their scale though: [link] They seem to be doing pretty well, especially in places where they've adapted to human constructions such as skyscrapers. You should check this out: [link] It's two webcams situated in nest boxes of peregrine falcons in Pittsburgh. You can see the parents court and mate and lay and incubate, and you can see the babies hatch and beg for food and learn to fly! The babies are so fun to watch
